Hubworking at Monument offers managed offices to rent on long term lets. The rooms come fully furnished and are priced on a fully inclusive basis.

Access is via a pin code entry system and the centre is available 24/7.

Current availability:

We have two offices available - 6 person office (£2100 per month) and 7 person office (£2450 per month). Prices exclude VAT and are based on a 12 month term.

Transport:

  • 2 minutes from Monument Station (underground).
  • 3 minutes from Lloyds Building.
  • Walking distance from London Bridge, Bank, Aldgate, Cannon St, Mansion House, Tower Hill, Liverpool St and Fenchurch Street.

Directions from Monument station:

  • Take the station exit signposted to Fish Street Hill/The Monument. Turn left out of the station and walk 20 metres up to Eastcheap.
  • Upon reaching Eastcheap cross the road and walk up Gracechurch Street.
  • After 50 metres turn right into Talbot Court.
  • Walk for 20 metres, turn the corner and The Hubworking Centre is located on the right hand side opposite The Ship Pub

We have only 1 office remaining which can accommodate 7 to 8 people. The price is £2450+VAT per month based on a 12 month term.
