In case of a change of plans

Please note our cancellation policy when making a booking.

Large Meeting Rooms

  • More than 2 weeks notice: no cancellation fee
  • Less than 2 weeks notice: 50% of the room fee
  • Notice within 48 hours of the room booking: full room fee.

Small Meeting Rooms

We do not charge a cancellation fee for bookings of our small meeting rooms.However, we do ask that if you need to cancel, you give us as much notice as possible.
