The people behind Hubworking

Andrew Ferdinando

Andrew spent 6 years working in a variety of different roles at Regus, the world’s largest service office operator. Noticing a gap in the market for affordable and flexible meeting space, he decided to go it alone and started up Hubworking in May 2006. He continues as Managing Director with a goal of opening more Hubworking centres across London.

Divyang Mistry FCA

Divyang is an angel investor and consummate entrepreneur having started his first company while still at university. He was formerly with PriceWaterhouse in London and Geneva where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.  Most recently (1999 to 2007) he was at CTN, a corporate communications agency where he was responsible for a successful MBO from a joint venture with ITN and Burson Marsteller. As CTN’s Finance and Operations Director, he was responsible for all operational, financial, IT, HR and legal matters.
His current ventures include:

·         www.teachable.net – lesson plans for school teachers
·         www.shopcreator.com or www.charltoncommerce.com – ecommerce solutions for SMEs and non-profit organisations
He is responsible for our commercial planning and financial strategy. He brings considerable finance and technical experience to the Company as well as a rich linguistic and cultural background.

Roman Motyczak ACA

Born in Reading, Roman graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire before switching to Accountancy and qualifying with KPMG.  Whilst at KPMG he gained experience on various audit and acquisitions assignments for clients,  He spent a two year secondment at KPMG Poland where he was Senior Manager of the Polish Audit Department.  On his return to the UK and after a couple of years at Ernst & Young he joined Mane Contract Services as Finance Director. At Mane he oversaw a  period of growth which saw the Company grow from £6 million to £48 million turnover before exiting the business in 2008. Roman is married to Claire and they have 3 daughters.

Jane Foreman – Head of Operations

Jane joined Hubworking in 2010 following a career in the recruitment industry. Jane manages the day to day running of the Hubworking centres.

The Centre Teams

Jackie, Feben, Fiona and Anna-Liisa run the day to day service delivery of the business and are the key operational contacts.
